In fact, they're a whole lot of fun. I may have to have everything grilled from here on out, I've said that before, but I really mean it this time. Notice all the pointing taking place in this one (above).

Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.

Grilled cheese sandwiches that are actually grilled, what?? Yes, the grilling makes the bread so crispy and flavorful, making the whole melty cheese part that much more enjoyable. We used a combination of three cheeses, creamy havarti, colby cheddar, and jarlsberg swiss cheese. For extra flavor, we added fresh dill from our garden, pepper, a touch of dijon mustard, and tomatoes. This might just have to happen every weekend, it was so good! Oh yeah, don't forget the red wine and sourdough bread.
