Jacques Pepin visited the Sur La Table Headquarters last Thursday. He performed a demo where he de–boned and stuffed a chicken, which was pretty spectacular. Such a talented and graceful chef. I am in awe of his skills. I'm hoping the video will be up soon, in the meantime check out the
