Um, so, yeah... The best salad I've ever made! Very proud of it. I've been eating high calorie meals this whole week (curry, burritos, etc.), so I pulled it together and got excited about a salad. Here are the ingredients I used:
Heirloom Tomatoes
Avocado
Carrots
Basil
Mixed Greens
Purple Beans
Piave Oro Del Tempo Cheese
Gourmondo Classic Balsamic Dressing
Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper
