Weekend.

I ate a lot this weekend. Favorite restaurants/food include: Bar Del Corso, Sitka and Spruce, and a homemade meal of "braised chicken, peas, asparagus and boiler onions," prepared by Andrew. It was all heavenly. Absolutely heavenly. (I did other things I swear!) Hope you had a nice weekend too! Love, -n

I had the most perfect 30th birthday this weekend (including a surprise party)! I feel so lucky to have such caring/thoughtful/generous/beautiful people in my life!

Had a very nice weekend, tried the restaurant "Skillet" on Capital Hill which has tasty sandwiches and fudge sundaes (their ice cream tastes homemade: icey and delicious), Andrew made some sea scallops and risotto (a favorite combination around here), enjoyed a nice birthday bbq lunch with the family and finally saw Wes Anderson's newest film "Moonrise Kingdom!" I recommend seeing it in the theater, so perfect! Also, I can't stop wanting to go to "the West Seattle Nursery,' it's great there, you should definitely go if you're ever in the area. Anyway, hope you had a nice weekend too! Love, -n
