Weekend was pretty awesome! We went to a southern themed bbq where they had skillet corn bread, catfish, greens, macaroni and cheese, pulled pork, etc., so delicious! We also got out of Seattle for a day on Saturday and met some friends at Lake Wenatchee -only 2.5 hours away and so gorgeous! We brought up our bikes and went on a ride. First one of the year for me. Got a million mosquito bites including two on my face, but I like to think it was worth it. Everything about the trip was pretty, we even had a bald eagle with a fish in its talons fly right over our car (I can't get enough of that kind of stuff). Also stopped at Snoqualmie Falls on the way home, which is stunning! Anyway, hope you had a nice and warm weekend! Love, -n

Your weekend sounds a lot like mine! I spent the afternoon getting eaten alive by mosquitoes out in Carnation, sitting by the Snoqualmie River & watching my man fly fish. Yaaay Summertime!
Other than the mosquitoes, that sounds lovely! Summer really is the best!
