Bar Del Corso.
Bar del Corso is a "pizzeria, restaurant and bar in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle featuring wood-fired pizza and Italian dishes meant for sharing, including salumi, cheeses and desserts. Local, seasonal, and traditional Italian ingredients go into every dish. The bar menu features regional Italian wines, up to five local beers on tap, classic Italian cocktails (aperitivi and digestivi) as well as a full bar."

This restaurant recently opened in our neighborhood. We went for the first time last night and had a very positive experience, I loved it! First of all, it was packed, always a good sign. We only waited 20 minutes for a table, which was totally worth it, everything was delicious! We shared wine from Puglia, Roasted baby chioggia & red beets w/ blood oranges and farro, Grilled Octopus w/ heirloom peperonata, and Vongole alla Marinara Manila clams. Great location, service, food, and atmosphere, so glad it's right around the corner from us. You should really try it some time, find out more here.
