Weekend.

Other than the cops coming to our door Saturday morning to tell us my car was stolen and crashed (which still feels really weird), we had a nice and somewhat normal weekend. Andrew and I went to the opera, "Carmen" on Friday night, which was moving and a new experience for both of us. I've only been to one opera prior to this when I was 18, but being a little older I feel like I had a whole new appreciation for it. It's also nice to see Seattleites so dressed up. The "Today" show was held in Seattle on Friday and said something about Seattle being one of the top worst dressed cities (I'd like to think we're practical). On Sunday, we took the ferry on a day-trip to Bainbridge Island, where we visited friends, had a nice lunch outside and enjoyed a relaxing time together. Hope you had a safe and normal weekend too.
