I used an old fashioned chocolate chip cookie recipe that called for shortening (as well as butter), and used peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips. Shortening is probably the worst thing for you, but it makes the cookies ten times better! I've already had way too many, I keep breaking off pieces every time I go into the kitchen.
