Lunch. Pasta by Andrew. This week has been insanely busy, so unfortunately, all I have to share at the moment is what I ate today (sans snacks). Lunch of course, after Thanksgiving indulgence week, was a nutrient packed salad of garbanzo beans, greek olives, tofu, cherry tomatoes, kale, pita and tzatziki sauce. For dinner, Andrew made this vegetarian "Fettuccine with Asparagus, Peas and Herb Sauce" recipe, and it was excellent! I'm pretty lucky to have the bees-knees when it comes to husbands. Anyway, back to work (is it 10 p.m. already?)!
