Watermelon Jam.

I don't typically like the melon family of fruits, but this jam makes me really want some on top of a scone or homemade bread like I recently had in Chicago (only with marionberry jam -not as bright). It's probably the color and of course the packaging that draws me to this jam, either way here is the recipe, make some before summer lets out. Oh and it's gelatin-free!!
