Bret Easton Ellis had a book signing last night at the
Elliot Bay Book Company in its new friendly location on Capital Hill. We showed up at 9:30 and there was still a huge line of fans waiting to get their pictures taken and books signed. I haven't read the book myself, I've heard it's extremely graphic and disturbing, but the movie is one of my all-time favorites, so it was really cool to Bret so up close and personal.

P.S. It's a really fantastic book store with a huge inventory and a crazy amount of staff selections. If you visit Seattle, make this place one of your destinations.

Love Sherman Alexie's "Flight" book. You should read it if you haven't!
