Weekend.

I am lucky to have someone who is so good at cooking and loves food as much as I do! Today, we pulled some fresh vegetables from the garden and made salads for lunch. For Dinner, we grilled salmon, and cod, to have with steamed clams and an asparagus and lentil salad, and afterwards, Andrew made my favorite cookies. Perfect topping to a lovely weekend (not totally lovely, because I spent most of it doing school work), but even that was alright. The weather was sunny and warm for a change and I let myself have some free-time, will make up for it tomorrow. These are my favorite Sundays. We had some leftover champagne and orange juice, which called for mimosas and straws in the afternoon.
